It's very good, I've been enjoying it for several nights and it does its job; at least it helps me breathe much better, but in the morning when I take off the patch, I always find my nose full of glue.

It helps clear your breath quite a bit, but it usually comes off after a few hours.
These strips really stick on well and don't come off. When you try to remove them, it seems like your skin will come off and everything, but the ones I bought previously came off after a short while, and these don't.
